User Data Deletion

Disconnect Instagram or Facebook

1. Sign in to Persona AI.
2. Open Dashboard → Settings → Social Connections.
3. Select Disconnect beside Instagram or Facebook Page and confirm.

Disconnecting deletes the stored connection, including its access tokens and Page or account identifiers, and stops future scheduled posts from publishing through that connection. Content already published on a social platform is controlled by that platform and is not deleted automatically.

Request deletion of your Persona AI data

Email contact@illumind.software from the email address associated with your Persona AI account and use the subject “Data deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
