Welcome to Persona AI. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data when you visit our website and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. Data We Collect

We collect and process the following data:

• Identity Data (name, username)
• Contact Data (email address)
• Technical Data (IP address, browser type, device information)
• Usage Data (how you use our website)
• Generated Content (AI-generated images and related metadata)
• Reference photos, including face photos, product images, prompts, scripts, voice recordings and videos you choose to upload or create
• Your AI processing consent version, the processors disclosed to you, and the time you accepted or withdrew consent
• Crash diagnostics, when crash reporting is configured, processed by Sentry with account identity, request payloads and screenshots excluded
• Connected Social Account Data (platform, Page or professional account identifiers, display names, OAuth access and refresh tokens, granted permissions, and token expiration data). For accounts connected through our posting partner Zernio, we store Zernio’s account and profile identifiers instead of the tokens

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for these purposes:

• To provide and maintain our service
• To notify you about changes to our service
• To provide customer support
• To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our service
• To detect, prevent and address technical issues
• To connect accounts and publish content you create or schedule to the social platforms you select

AI Processing and Your Permission

Creating and editing content may send your selected photos (including faces), video, audio, prompts and scripts to third-party AI processors. Depending on the feature and model you choose, we use fal for image and video generation, OpenAI for image generation and text assistance, Anthropic for writing and reviewing scripts and captions, HeyGen for avatars and talking videos, and ElevenLabs for voice generation. Only the material needed for the requested feature is sent to its processors.

The iPhone app asks for your explicit permission before sending personal data to these AI processors. You may decline and continue browsing your account and existing content. You can withdraw permission under AI data permission in your app account settings; this stops future AI requests until you agree again. Withdrawing permission does not recall data already processed. To request deletion of stored material, delete the content or your account, or contact us using the address below.

Our processors handle submitted material under their applicable service and privacy terms. We do not sell your face photos. Upload only photos and voices you have permission to use, and do not upload another person’s personal data without their permission.

Social Posting Partner

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube accounts may be connected through Zernio, our social posting partner and a sub-processor. You approve access for Zernio on the platform’s consent screen. Zernio keeps the platform login tokens and publishes the posts you schedule. For each post we send Zernio the media, caption, publishing settings, time and the account it goes to. Zernio sends us back the post’s status and link, post metrics, and, if you turn on keyword replies in Leads, the comments on your posts (with the commenter’s platform username) so the reply you set up can be sent.

Disconnecting an account in Settings revokes Zernio’s access to it. Zernio handles this data under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors, and other third parties who have a business need to know.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to:
